Grew from office management into leading complex operational projects and international logistics for a rapidly scaling commercial aquaculture entity. Developed SOPs for three regional offices and built the administrative infrastructure that supported four years of growth.

Culinary Operations Coordinator

Nov 2012 – Feb 2014 · Oasis of the Seas

Operational backbone of shipboard culinary services on the Oasis of the Seas — one of the world's largest cruise ships at the time. Coordinated 250+ culinary staff and served as cross-departmental liaison across Hotel Operations, HR, IT, F&B, and Finance.
